How often should i feed my RES?

Question:how often should i feed my BABY RES and how much. Im confused because some people tell me once a day other people tell me twice a day some other people tell me everyother day.

if you could help me i would really appreciate it

really there isn't much you can do wrong feeding turtles. They are oppertunistic feeders which means that they will eat whenever food is available, but they can also go for very long periods of time without food. My turtles usually get feed once a week or so, but I try to keep a good supply of fish and aquatic plants in the tank that they can eat as they want. twice a day is probably overdoing it, I would sujest once every couple of days. as far as what to feed them give him a varied diet, babies need more meat then adults so I would give them earth worms and fish and some aquatic plants.

I fed my RESs fresh earth worms once a day and had little dried shrimps to feed them if they looked hungry...
