Question:Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!... Please help me!!!!!!! Ok, here is the story: I have a hermit crab named Godzilla. I call him Godzilla because he is a big crab. Now, just two days ago, Godzilla molted. I posted a question about it and my problem had been solved, not yet! I chose a best answer and in that answer it says that moisture is a VERY important thing to pay attention to when a crab is molting. Anyway, I don't think I gave it enough moisture and now my crab Godzilla looks like a raisin, I am worried. I think he got dried out. Please help! Any experiences? Will he die? Any info is fine.

Although moisture is good for newly molted hermit crabs you shouldn't over do it. I don't have experience with this but remember reading about it on www.hermit-crabs.com check the FAQ page and the molting page. thecrabbagepatch.com is also a good website.
i say just stick him in alot of water or else he may die
Bathing is critical to the care of hermit crabs. If they don't get their bath, they could suffer from decreased hydration and gill function. Do you and your crabs a favor and give them a bath. They are so active after the bath,
