Which lender is most probable to adopt me for a remortgage?

im 22 and my wife is 23. i need to apply for a remortgage in July but i dont know which lender is most probable to accept me. I have no fruitless credit history whatsoever and neither has my wife. the only article that may go against us is our age and the fact that we own recently had a couple of crit score done against us for credit cards (balance transfers) and a personal loan (car). Has anyone recently been standard with a lender who doesnt have a fail-safe credit score?
