Remortgage quiz relieve!?
I am hoping to get a remortgage through my bank I go in had the council with the mortgage adviser and he took adjectives the details and advised he could offer me one alot lower than the one I am on.
He said he could enjoy a surveyor come out and value my house, he said that the surveyor may not even come in to the property but newly drive by and value it that way. Either means of access no one came to the door.
Now the bank solicitors have sent me out security newspaper to sign for the remorage, but I haven't yet got the mortgage proposal from the bank.
Has the remortgage went through? Or could it still be rejected at this point?
