UK Remortgage whilst on motherliness take off??

Hi my fixed rate mortgage comes to an end in October of this year however I am on motherliness leave from the end of May. I work full time as an accountant and am planning on going rear to work after the 9 months leave so that will be the end Jan 2009. Will I know how to remortgage in October based on my income or will they base it on my maternity reward. Or would I have to wait until I return to work surrounded by Jan 2009? I can't remortgage early because I have an rash redemption fee. Thankyou
Answers:
You may not need to remortgage. I in truth wanted to get an increased mortgage and my current mortgage company agreed to it over the phone in need requiring any proof of current income. They also offered me the latest deal so I concluded up paying around the same monthly payment for the increased mortgage. If you own a clean payment story, plenty of equity and a good job similar to an accountant they regard you as a good risk and will probably only agree anyway. You do not need to volunteer the fact that you are on parenthood leave.
No, simply inform to your financiers about the situation any by letter or e.mail or on touchtone phone and get their consent . If they ask for the credentials as documentary evidence for you being pregnant and seeking parenthood leave , obtain equal from doctor and produce to them . The rules of banks and financiers are different , hence get that examined after writing to them and secure consent , or follow the procedure they ask about. It is a very simple opportunity, does tax to our nerves
