hi,
i have lots of debt which is really drowning me, i have a mortgage of lb73000 for my property which is worth lb170,00. i want to remortgage and borrow 30k to clear my debt. but because of the debt, my credit rating isnt too great. i want to remortgage next to the Abbey Nation which is where i have have my mortgage for 5 years. i have never missed a payment. what do you conjecture my chances are
Answers:
You should have a really perfect chance. The most important piece is that you have a good history of payments on your current mortgage. The subsequent thing is that the loan to value ratio will still be fairly low and finally they will be improving your financial situation by remortgaging you, so I would imagine your probability are good....
unless you've picked up any CCJs or Defaults!

Good luck! Source(s): Mortgage Broker
Probably pretty decent.

Although a brass out refinance is somewhat more risky for a bank you would still have a clad loan to value of 60% (73 + 30 /170)

That should be the reason you gain it done.
excellent i wish i be in your position , if you allow them to settle your outstanding debts for you then i can see no cause why there should be a problem .
Your LTV (loan to value) is only at 61%, even with the $30K cash-out, so I'd speak it's super likely you'll get approved.

Equity is a HUGE factor within qualifying for a mortgage.
When you remortgage with the same lender. As long as you hold maintained your account the solitary credit check they do is a Bankruptcy only.

From what you have said you should enjoy no problem
not a chance,
you still owe me twenty quid
