My ex wife be suppose to remortgage the house and have not complied beside the court writ. also recompense the taxes?

I dont know what your question is but it took 6 yrs for my ex wife to take the house she get out of my name I was batty when it showed up on my credit report
This will negatively impact your credit. I found this out when my ex-husband failed to remortgage the house and capture my name off the achievement and it of course showed up when I went to obtain my own house. Luckily he apologized profusely and took care of it.
I would start with a reminder in words. Note the date you reminded her. If that doesn't work reminder her in writing keeping a copy for yourself and send it certified correspondence so you know she got it. If that doesn't work, you may need to lug her to court.

Technically she is in contempt of the court proclaim, however you need to let the court system know this by file a Motion for Contempt for failure to comply with the court lay down. You need to contact your attorney of record and rota an appointment to discuss what you need to do.
Mention it to the authorities that she is breaking a court order. (Or threaten your wife that you're going to do such if she doesn't get on the orb and get things done).
Of course...with the housing souk in the slump that it is...it may be a tough thing to do.
