Please Help! Remortgage next to no income?

When my house is up for remortgage i will be retraining at university and therefore have no income at adjectives (i will be living off my savings) I am wondering if it is possible to remortgage without an income... I own seen self cert mortgages where you don't own to prove your income, but it still kinda sounds like you have to enjoy one, you just can't prove it... Does anyone know about this?
Assume you are contained by the UK and that you have a special rate ending, if that's what you show by 'up for remortgage'. You have no option but to remain near your existing lender. If you merely revert to their standard variable rate they will not require proof of income if you have be paying the mortgage OK. With no income a remortgage with a new lender will not be possible. Self-certification mortgages now require proof of returns as I can't imagine that there are masses banks around that will lend even with proof of funds to cover the mortgage for 8 months.

With the rates as they stand, leave the mortgage payments to go on to the Standard Variable Rate until such time you procure further income. Also, some mortgages were sold with the possibility of taking "costs holidays" if you have overpaid in previous months. Check your contract for that possibility.
To be honest I very much doubt if you will get a mortgage short proof of income now.

Not after the hoo haa over the frivolous lending by the bank in the past that cause them to go bust in the first place!

Banks are in recent times not lending money now in need proof of you being able to income it back.

If bona fide businesses cant get money, mortgages are a pretty low priority.
Speak to your existing lender urgently as it’s unlikely any other alternatives are available to you any more. You should desire advice as quickly as possible.

You still hold to provide evidence of income for a self certification mortgage - no one will lend you satisfactory money to buy a house unless you can give some evidence of having earn some money.
Without any evidence of earnings you are unlikely to be offered a loan of any sort.
