Need to remortgage - 90% or 100% mortgages out here?
Our fixed term ended contained by aug and are wanting to remortgage, we originally got a 100% mortgage out and would like another or something similar close to a 95% or 90%.
Anyone know of any about??

In the UK there are a very constrained number of 90% mortgages available, and are comparatively very expensive. Suggest you remain on your lenders standard variable rate and/or speak to an Independent Mortgage asdviser. Source(s): Independent Mortgage Adviser
