Question:i have two parakeets. i have had them for about 7 months. just recently one died. they were very good buddies and know the other one is acting very depressed and im afraid shes going to die. so could we get another one and how would we introduce them to each other? can they live 2gether?
Answers:
Get another keet for her. You can get or borrow a second cage to introduce them. Keep the new bird in the new cage next your existing bird cage for a week or too...eventually they can live together.
of course because if you don't the other one for sure will die
