Question:did your animal do anything silly?
my cat didn't.. he just got sleepy after his neuter
BUT
my dog go neutered yesterday... and now thats hes on medication he rolls around on his back a lot.. and grabs his tail in his mouth spinning in circles. and makes silly/happy grunting/moaning noises...

My puppy was just fine. As much as I hate seeing her in pain, if I could have done it all over again I wouldn't have given her the pain medication. It made her feel perfect...and she acted that way. She was WILD. The vet saw her and told us to keep her in her crate for a week and come back. She ended up getting the stiches out late.

No, my animals never did anything but sleep, but it sounds like your doggy is high as a kite.
hes high on goof balls havin a blast! my dog just slept for a few days after he got snipped, but he sleeps all the time anyway so its pretty much normal behavior.
pain meds after being neutered? your dog is acting funny because he doesn't need them.he's now high. i'm being serious!!
