I live in Wisconsin too and the best way to find a horse is either go to a auction or go to a stable and ask them if they have a horse for sale. There is a auction in Marion , WI. If u were willing to drive a little ways. Or just look on the computer for a site and see what they have to offer. I hope you find a horse!
