Am I feeding my frog too much?

Question:I have a VERY young Northern Leopard Frog. I am feeding him one cm. sized crickets. I was planning on feeding him:
Day 1 - 1 cricket Day 2 - 1 cricket Day 3 - 2 crickets, repeat.
Also I'm wondering what calcium dusting a cricket is.

Answers:
I would feed him two a day. We had a bearded dragon for 5 years and gave him 10 a day! Since your pet is much smaller one or two a day should do the trick but be shure to double check. Go to the place you bought him or ask someone at petco or something. It is a great idea to calcium coat the crickets before the feeding too. They dont like it as much buy it is really good for them. It is a calcium powder you dip the crickets in before putting them into the frog's cage. I hope I helped you! Good Luck. E-mail me for any further questions.

You NEED the calicum dust. u dust the crickets before u feed them to him. Also frogs will stop eating when they are done, so just feed him till he is no longer hungry
