Question:from morning till now (nearly 4pm) the horse just been wondering around the field and it looks young. Im in Manchester UK, what you think i should do or call?

Sounds like he or she made a break for it. Call animal control and they'll take him or her back to their stable and check him or her for a chip to see if they can track down an owner or if you live near a stable that you know of, call them directly and see if they're missing anyone :-) P.S Dont worry if they dont find an owner. They'll keep him for a certain number of days to see if anybody claims him or her and if they dont, they'll adopt him or her out to a good new home.
I dont know what you have over there in the UK but if you have anything like Animal Control then you may want to call them.
Give the RSPCA a ring they will come and collect it, if it seems to be in danger or may cause danger to others eg, near a main road, then call the police they will come and help.
Call local radio station - call local stables - if it doesn't belong to stables they may know who it belongs to.
If no Luck Call GSPCA to come and collect before it runs off.
