What r my option 4 getting out of an unified mortgage beside a personality that does not want to be justifiable?
I need help. my mate & i enjoy broken up(not married) but she does not want to let go. i'm inclined to put the house up for sell,buy her out r whatever it take.i just want out without ruining my credit. i salaried all the down down payment & closing excise but i dont care. just in place to be done. what can i do please help

Looks like you're SOL on this one unless she agrees to trade the house.
If you buy her out, she'll still be on the mortgage. You'll have to contact the mortgage holder and get adjectives the necessary docs done. If you don't, and leave her on it, her adjectives bad credit can come back to emulate on you.
It'll be an uphill battle. Been there, done that.
The house needs to be sold, or any of you need to refinance it by yourselves.
get a third deputation involved before going to court get somone you both know and resembling to help. if you cannot come to an agreement you must get an attorney involved. if her heading is on the deed the legal odds may be your only one if its not. simply put say bring out and if that doesnt work call the police.\
