Tax lien and entail mortgage for bright purchase?
Ok maybe I worded this wrong earlier.The taxes they influence I owe are unpayable by me $125,000 and it goes up every day.The statute of limitations will be up on this contained by 6 years.I am currently in a non collectable status and have greatpayment history and a righteous job but a low beacon becasue of the lien's constant updating.I know in that are mortgage compnaysthat do loans with a tax lien although it will attach to the property once purchsed I lately don;t know who they are.

None. Also do not be so sure there is a SOL on your income tax, they will pocket action long before anything expires.
The bank know that any asset you own will be seized, they want no part of it.
NONE NOW A DAYS. Sorry but every lender wants taxes salaried since they will attach as a lien. The reason is the IRS can foreclose and take their investment contained by you and they get nothing. The evaluation doesn't help you out either
