Does anyone enjoy suggestion on Mountain States Mortgage company?
I purchased my first home in late 2008. I hang on to getting offers from the "FHA Processing Center" of Mountain States Mortgage offering a lower fixed rate on my mortgage. Does anyone have any push for on this type of offer or this company?

No idea on the company, they are lately trying to refinance you. They are probably trying to do an FHA streamline mortgage, which is about 5% right now, distribute or take. Depending on how long you plan on staying in your house, and what your current rate is, it might be a honest idea to refinance, it might not.
I live in Utah and hold delt with Mountian States Mortgage in the recent past. They alway have treated me fair and from what I ah ve found hold out a great deal.
