If a "child support paying parent" no longer pays mortgage interest, does the child support diminish?
Do I need to take my husband rotten the mortgage loan (thereby no longer having a mortgage interest payment) to have our child support payments for my [step]daughter be lowered? I newly changed the name on my house deed to be surrounded by my name only, no longer beneath both my husband and I, so now the property tax info is out of his entitle (I owned the house before I met him but when we refinanced I needed his proof of income). From what I understand both of these factor affect child support amounts. I'm really not trying to scam any mother out of money, just trying to be fair.
they do factor in to the payments.. they are permanent bills that you merely screwed him out of paying. His CS payments will go UP now. upright job.
nothing to do next to c/s!
"> That be a lot of complications to net you zilch. No, the child support will not decrease.
