Mortgage and council flat?
If i have a mortgage, am i still able to bid on a coucil flat??

Why would you want to do that?
You can bid, but you wont be successful as you'll have few points and wouldn't be entitled to it, council property is for those surrounded by housing need.
u own accommodation u would not have a priority. however at hand are exceptions depending on circumstance tho. I mean if u are a partner to a relationship that is going wrong consequently there is a chance u can do so on medical grounds that u can no longer live contained by the same accommodation as its your mental vigour that is suffering.and there for have need of to move place. good luck
