Mortgage loans after signing separation agreement?
I am a little worried about my wife's mortgage loans plans. We've signed the separation agreement two months ago. Recently My wife plans to buy a house next to a big mortgage loans. Does that mortgage loans make a difference on me before we are really divorced within court? If she couldn't pay the mortgage, will it damage my credit?
And oodles thanks! Your help will be really appreciated for making a complex time process easy.
