Why when we go to Bank of America they would not whip the mortgage giving w/o a coupon from Countrywide?

Answers:
When they were transitioning Countrywide into the Bank of America system the tellers have no way to look up Countrywide accounts so a coupon was needed to submit to the proof department because the payments have to be processed differently than normal mortgage payments. Now it should be fine. They integrated the systems together. Source(s): BofA employee
