Just buying a house <2yrs ago & immediately wanting to upgrade,how assured will it be to win approved for a untried mortgage?
We intend to sell our current house. Since approved for the first loan, my wife and I have changed job. Both make considerably more, but have not be in the new job over a year. Will this effect getting approved for more?
