Are in attendance any financial companies that submit chattel mortgage contained by Tennessee?
I have a mobile home for sale contained by a mobile home park we do not own the land we lease it and most banks will not nouns with out the property we are only asking $25000.00. any thinking

In many such cases, the rate is so elevated that it makes the underlying econoimcs of the deal stir away. Cash is the way to go.
