What are my option for resolving a collective mortgage dispute?

I have a joint mortgage beside a family member who arranged to get pregnant and on the birth of the child moved home to save money.For former times 3 months she has made no mortgage payments and I am at a complete loss as to what to do.I cannot afford the payments by myself and unfortunately the mortgage is lease solely.The property management company have refuse me getting a lodger or renting it out. What can I do?

You need to check your lease. Its unusual for a management company to enjoy a complete veto on tenants (termed sub- letting). Usually, the wording is 'Lessors contsent needed, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld'

You could sue her for breach of contract or something. if she is a co-applicant on the lease then she is liable for half of the lease payments or doesn`t matter what was stipulated in the contract.
