I want to sue the mortgage companies for negligence?

I want to sue the mortgage companies for negligence. The reason my financial situation has fall to the point of loosing my house falls solely on the faults of the mortgage industry. I lost hundreds of thousands in the appeal of my house, and due to the economy, again the banking industry’s imperfection, I have lost tens of thousands of income. The banking industry have received $700 billion dollars of tax money so they could get a better computer system to ask for my reimbursement. They have been bailed out, but due to their negligence of writing unpromising loans, my financial situation has been ruined. Do I enjoy a case?
Answers:
No you are personally responsible for your own state of affairs.
We don't have adequate information to answer this question.

How exactly was the dune negligent? For example, did they give you a loan they know you could not afford? Did they falsify your income documents, or inflate the appraisal of your house, or what?

None of the information you have provided (federal bailout, etc.) is relevant to your claim at adjectives. You have to explain how the bank be negligent, and how that negligence caused your losses. Source(s): recent decree school grad (not a lawyer but, not giving legal advice)
No one made you take out your loan. That was YOUR choice.
No. I contemplate the only lawyers who might pedal your case would demand tens of thousands of dollars surrounded by retainer before doing anything for you.
If you did then so would every home owner whose home have lost value. It is not their fault if you are nearly to lose your home, but rather yours for non or lack of payments. If you would earnings for what you owe, you would not be endanger of losing your home nor would you have contributed to the current economic situation, as it be more about people defaulting on their loans than the bank making unwise loans. So as you see unless you have better reasoning than what you make a contribution, you are more to blame then the banks.
I sincerely hope you bring the reaction you're looking for with this cross-question.
Yes, you have a satchel of the dumbass, asking stupid questions.
No you don't. Simply put. You'd be wasting money.
