How do I write a "Demand the Note" reminder to my mortgage company?
I need to "Deman the Note" from my current mortgage company holder. What do I say within the letter to properly ask them for a copy of the original transcribe?
Also,what department does a letter such as this go to contained by the bank that I am requesting it from?

For a lot of relations situations happened that were beyond their control and land them in this unfortunate position. Sometimes it's losing a employment they had for many years, other times it's from sudden weakness or injury that causes them not to have satisfactory money to pay the mortgage. There is no way for any of us to know the exact details of someone's situation, so it's vital to resist passing judgment.
