Pretty much everyone answered your question, newly want to add that you can check on bankrate.com as well, minute by minute rates individual come in to licensed professionals. Again they don't change on the minute basis but sometimes we have seen up to 5 rate change in a day. Hint: you can log within to bloomberg.com and track the 10 yr treasury Bond, that is what drives the mortgage interest rates, the lower it is the better the rates might get and vice versa.
