Didn't nation know what they be signing for when they signed up for mutable rate mortgages?
With pretty bad credit, 4 years ago I was still competent to get a fixed rate mortgage between 5 and 6 percent. Common sense told me to not get something where on earth my payments could change, because I like to budget my money.
Now adjectives these people who didn't think ahead did some impair to our economy when they could not meet their obligation.
They want to blame it on the people who offered them the loans (who I think are foolish too for making it where on earth they might not get their money back). I guess they have some type of protection, insurance, or expect the organization to bail them out. I don't know--someone help me with this rot.

you summed it up... NONSENSE...
The general claim is that they were a) fools or idiots who didn't read the paperwork they be signing, and b) were rushed into it with misleading claims from the lenders.
I don't know, instinctively I'd hate to say "I'm an idiot and tried not to know what I be getting into so I wouldn't mess up the deal"...
