Is it a polite time to refinance my mortgage into 30 years fixes rate right presently or should I lurk next?

This the best time to do it. They say very soon it the time to do 5.5. fixed rate. Hunt around for good mortage broker. Watch CBS news surrounded by the morning. they usually have a guy there nickname Ray who tell about finances.
I have hear if you cant refinance to make the rate a whole point smaller number then its not really worth the trouble of doing it... for instance your current rate is at 6.8 and the cheapest refinance rate you can get is 6.0 afterwards I wouldnt go for it. I dont know what your current rate is at but if its anything over 6.7 I think you can find it down to atleast 5.7.....good luck
Right now I believe it is perfect timing. If you be to start the process today by next week interest rates are expected to drop.You would be falling into a perfect storm be interest rates will be at historic lows and you would mostly likly get those low rates.
