I currently enjoy 525K mortgage next to a 9.5% fixed- 720Fico. %100LTV. Is nearby a rate and possession REFI available?

it is available the bigger question is is you 100% financed home still worth what you financed it for, and to be impeccably blunt in todays market I doubt it. ( If contained by socal no wheres near)
