Loan Amount Rate
100,000 - 135,384: 6.875%
135,385 - 160,000: 6.75%
160,000 - 338,461: 6.625%
338,462 - 417,000: 6.5%
... all of these rates have no orgination points and no pre-pay cost. Closing costs would be Underwriting, appraisal, and title.
