What is the current fixed rate mortgage interest rate, and what interest rates be used on the foreclosures?
30 year mortgages are just under 6%. You can find a plethora of interest rates on foreclosures, enjoy heard of some as high as 12%. Risk equals more interest.
I hold little sympathy for someone willing to sign for an adjustable mortgage rate. It is just stupid.

mortgage rates, as you well know, depend on the borrower(s), their credit history, where the property is, the down giving, etc., etc.
bankrate.com provides fixed rate quotes by area for borrowers with excellent credit and down payments.
