Should I lock within my mortgage rate immediately or dawdle another week?

I am purchasing a new build in TX, mortgage rates own been slightly increasing especially within olden times couple of weeks. It seems rates are increasing daily. Is very soon a good time to lock in my rate or dawdle another week or so?

I would lock it contained by now. If you had another 20-30 days ,after I would wait. if you only hold a week ,then, I would go ahead and lock it contained by now.
