Explain hoe paying sour the mortgage on a lb100k mortgage at a rate of 5% is better than investing surrounded by stash?

Answers:
It depends on where on earth you plan on living during that time and how much it's going to cost. If you can live somewhere for free and save your money, then you don't want a mortgage ever! If you're paying rent and trying to save a the same time, it get more difficult to save. Hopefully whatever you're buying will appreciate contained by value faster than 5%.
Firstly, I'm sorry if you're paying 5%, mines only 4% and whilst you can't earn much on savings you have just as well be plowing everything you hold at paying off the mortgage. Then when the savings rates progress up again you have knocked so frequent years off your mortgage, everything can go towards funds. I'm certainly doing this.

The return on savings at the moment is very low.
So any extra currency currently being used to reduce a mortgage, surrounded by the long term gives a better return.
In the current monetary clime, it is a very wise picking.
if you rob the full term of ur mortgage to pay it sour, you'll end up paying 4 to 5 times ur original mortgage principal (400K to 500K pounds sterling over a 25 year term). 2008 have already proven that house prices go down as well as up so you stand a kismet of paying more for ur house than u will ever get back on the Dutch auction of the property. u reduce the risk of loss by paying off the mortgage rash and thus reduce interest cost by paying off ur mortgage rash.

u also have more financial flexibility and more discretionary cash to invest if u take-home pay off ur mortgage early.
Interest rate should not be the only criteria between getting a mortgage and having some money within a saving account. In reality a mortgage is also some form of force savings, provided you can afford the repayments. Saving account give you the financial, freedom and opportunity to invest in good investments.
u end up next to more money
