What are the best Mortgage lenders out within near the lowest interest rates and the lowest closing costs?
I'm thinking about re-financing,but the more lenders I talk to,the more confusing it seem to get.I need to find a lender who is honest and a straightshooter.I'm tired of these guys who with the sole purpose think for themselves first.The rates seem to be great,but afterwards those closing costs are absolutely rediculous.Any lenders out there who charge smaller quantity than the average Joe?

IMHO its best use one of those "best mortgage rates by zip code" type things initially if you are looking to find best rates in any nouns. Basically these are operated by national mortgage brokers and when you input your zip code they will display the 4 best rates on set aside in your area along beside full details on how to contact them if you wish.
