Does anyone know how to find a mortgage loan minus employment substantiation? ?

I happen to have some money aside from a trustfund and I do not decision to work right now, but I do want to buy a house. All banks require me to work surrounded by order to do that. What can I do instead?
Answers:
as long as you have atleast 30% down i bet they would loan you the money.
If you hold money but no job, the lending company will see it as follows: A percentage of that money can be counted on as "income", let's vote - 5% for the year. If the trust is big enough, you should have no problem obtain a loan from Countrywide. Not having an income does not disqualify you from getting a loan. Is your credit good? With assets and fitting credit, you can still get a loan going zero doc and not have to turn in a tax return. Just breed sure that whatever you buy you can afford.
It depends on how much money you have set aside. Banks want to be assured that you can clear the mortgage payment every month on time. That is the responsible entity to do and the bank has no recourse bar to take the house from you if you do not make timely payments. If, for example , you are buying a $300,000 house and you own $50,000 set aside, the bank would be foolish to give you a mortgage unless you own a good paying steady job. Hope that helps-good luck!
Banks want theri money back ... plus interest. How are you going to do that unless you enjoy an income? Get a job. Rent out part of the property. Otherwise you wont take a loan.
The bank doesn't trouble if you have a job or not ~ what they want to know is how do you plan on making the monthly mortgage giving. If you are receiving income from your trust, then specifically what you use. You'll need some sort of statement from the executor of the trust that you are receiving X amount of income, and the income is guaranteed. With a sizable down wage, you shouldn't have any problem getting a mortgage. Source(s): me ~ also a beneficiary of a trust.
