Do we enjoy to put my moniker on the mortgage loan too?

Hi everyone! My husband and I want to buy a house, and we have saved up a down fee, and he has fairly appropriate credit. It is 650. I have about 580 credit mark, and I'm afraid if we put my name on the house it will hurt us. Is this true, or do they just be in motion by the highest score??

They dance by the lowest. If you do not live in a community property state and you do not wish to be an owner of the property you can check out of your name off.
since you enjoy no income then he is the borrower you must be titled on the home and sign the deed of trust, TIL GFE, and HUD at close if you are surrounded by a dower state. But in no way are you a borrower or co-borrower
I am a mortgage sponsor in TN & KY
