What mortgage loan programs do i qualify for?
me and my cousin wanted to purchase single family or multi inherited homes that are in foreclosure, and rent them out. we live in illinois and both bring contained by $30,000 a year after taxes. His credit score is between 580 and 650 and mine is 530 but im in collection next to 5 agencies. now im on my way to cleaning that up and surrounded by a couple of months we should have $20,000 in the wall. do anyone know of any programs that would help us get a loan beside this said. plz help
