The same thing happen with my friends. There really isn't anything that can be done. If the mortgage is a member of the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU you can report that. But zilch will be done. Try a direct lender, be sure to check out there license and web site.
Yes, the guard can back out at any time if feels you are not competent to make the mortgage payment. Like if someone quit their duty, lost their job, lied, bought something big, did a VOR and found out that you have be late on paying your rent, etc.
Firstly, do not promise with any lender who contacts you here, period. There are abundantly of scams out there and you are exposed world widespread here, and they are watching the net for such opportunities.
Your guard can back out any time, and for any reason. If nearby was no good plea you can sue them for the problems they caused though, and I would, unless you did something that caused a problem, afterwards it's your fault. If you bought a car or made some change that affect your ratios like varying job situations, you screwed up, and your lender and realor should have warn you not to do it at least until you closed and the escrow was compensated in full and deed record.
I would check around and see if you can get another lender to pick up your loan, especially if you didn't do anything to cause this. Your best bet is a intensely good mortgage broker because they have access to various lending sources. Some lenders are just stagnant idiots who don't check things out, and those I would sue, in fact I'd run them over contained by my car if it was permitted because of the problems they can cause and just say aloud "oh well, next".
Good Luck, and don't waste any time getting things through another source, ask your realtor for honourable mortgage brokers, and if he doesn't know any ask him to ask around, because good realtors always know one or more flawless ones they can go to.
My mortgage guy is fantastic. I met him on a deal where on earth there were 3 homes one sold in a line and respectively depended on the other. The first buyer went out and bought a car right in the past closing and the lending source caught it. My mortgage broker went out and found a source to amass it, and save the 3 transactions by doing that. You bet I still keep contained by close contact with that guy, he does lending similar to I do real estate, and together we just rock! lol.
Good Luck, I hope everything works out very well for you. If you get really stuck write me and i'll do what i can to help warning wise, not to get salaried, just to help out. Source(s): 15 year realtor
