I am looking for a no down stipend mortgage loan within connecticut.?

I am a first time homebuyer and have found a home but do not have the funds for the down expense, at least not 3% down. The home is a 3 family home.The home is contained by Bridgeport and my credit score is around 620.

Be careful of lenders that do tender these low options, as they may be targeting buyers next to less than perfect credit to net money.
