What should I bring to my loan application assemblage next to my mortgage lender?
Please don't tell me to call and ask! I already did that twice; both times I wrote it down and lost the serious newspaper. Too embarrassing to call again.

Following things will be required
1) Duly filled surrounded by Loan Application form along with necesssary Supporting documents like
a) Address proof , Identity Proof, income Proof, In luggage of Guarantors - Income prrofs, ID Proof, Address Proof
2) Documents of the Property or Whatever Asset that is being Mortgaged.
3) Valuation Report of the Asset to be mortgaged.
4) Documents proving that the Property is Legal ( In overnight case of Property Mortgage)
5) No Objection Certificate ( From the Co-owner / Owner) if the Asset to be mortgaged is in Joint name or Is not surrounded by your name
if you would resembling the loan, i would take it.
In tally to what you've already mentioned, they usually want tax returns for the last 2-3 years, statements from any accounts (checking, hoard, 401k, investments, etc), and paycheck stubs. Basically, they will want documentation on all of your finances. They may ask for additional information after they review everything.

Dont be embarrassed in the order of forgetting things it happens alot in this industry. You pretty much get everything to get a prequal done easily. Make sure its the closing 2 year w-2 and most recent paystub not just any one this year. Also, make sure its the ultimate 2 months bank statement. If you want to compare rates you can go here also:
