Here is what we needed for the underwriter when we got our loan, but it can ebb and flow.
2 years W-2s
2 months bank statements
proof of homeowners insurance (which the insurance company just sends to the mortgage company)
2 previous earnings stubs (preferably the last two)
Also, be prepared to explain any deposits in your ridge statments that are not payroll.
I hope it helps, but really it is all more or less the underwriter and what they want to know.
