Does anyone know more or less a company call mortgage gauranty saving&loan bureau are suposed to be contained by the uk ?

this is suposed to be a hard money lender they aproved me for $45000 loan but wants me to dispatch $1390 insurance payment sound close to a scam i turned the loan down but still would like to know whats up

Total scam. There are a dozen people here a year trying to get back "deposits" remunerated for "Guaranteed" low interest loans.

Nice catch by you; you might check with the FBI and the FTC: they are serious in the order of hurting these crooks
