I love being competent to match people to a suitable loan.
I dislike these young at heart hotshots who put everyone on an A.R.M. loan. I had two widows on social security come to me lately that are going to lose their homes because some big shot kid put them on adjustable arms. I cannot help them, but I did check and both hot shots are no longer in the business.

One of the babyish hotshots was the ladies own son.
I love the endless mixed bag. I love the feeling of satisfaction I touch helping people make their dreams of home ownership come true. I love the interaction beside all of the people who concordat with all of the puzzle pieces that generate up a mortgage loan. I love figuring it all out so that it make sense for my borrower and knowing that I have empowered them to trademark informed choices. I love that my earning potential is limited lone by how hard I am willing to work.

I like helping people nouns their first homes and educating them on the home buying process. Anyone who is in the industry or who has bought a home know what I mean. For those of you who don't, it can be the single most confusing purchase you will ever make (if you don't own a good broker explaining things to you). More things go into the purchase of a home than anything else (ok, except commerical purchases....but I digress....). I don't close to surprises at my closings and strive to avoid them at all costs. What I close to the least? Hearing about the useless, greedy, and repeatedly ignorant loan officers out in attendance who scam people.
