What is the responsibility of mortgage loan processor to the client?
I believe that I am not getting proper communication with my mortgage broker corp or my loan officer. Which is time sensitive since I am dealing with HUD.

communication between processor and loan officer is a key to close the loan in time sensitive situation. surrounded by my company my processor never talk to costumers- he only go beyond the message to the loan officer .every day i got e-mail from my processor to up date me on my files, so i know where on earth we are with each report, he also report to the broker in case somebody ring up and need the status of the loan. i don't know what's your job is, but i prefer my processor to don't homily with anybody. it is my job. i also if he is enormously busy help him to do processing , but i only do what he ask me to do, not what i have a feeling i will do. i just don't want to mess up his system he works to close the deal. we within my office treat our loan processors like kings, because in need them - we are nothing.
it is a team work and approaching i said before- communication is very important.
