MY QUESTION WAS ANSWERED ABOUT STILL PAYING BECAUSE IM ON TITLE AND NOW IM THE SOLE OWNER. BUT NOW MY SIBLINGS WANT A PIECE OF THE EQUITY AND THEY WANT TO GO AFTER ME. WHAT DO I DO? ITS GETTING DIRTY THEY HAVE PLACES O THERE OWN WHICH MY MOM HELP THEM WITH AND IM NOT TRING TO RECEIVE ANY MONEY MY MOTHER LOANED THEM FOR THERE HOUSE. THIS IS VERY BAD I WISH THERE WAS NO MONEY.

If you were on with your mother as mutual tenant with right of survivorship, you now own the house and it is not element of her estate. Your siblings would have no right to any of the house.
