I'm purchasing a home in North Carolina and just needed to hear any experiences from using CTX mortgage?

In the old days, if you bought a Centex home (brand new), you were pushed to use CTX. THey be terrible. They knew that you be "forced" to use them so they didn't care.
Now that Pulte Homes has purchased Centex, CTX is operating more independently. They are much more friendly and loyal. They are trying to leave their old model behind. If you are buying a lived-in house and using CTX, you should be fine.
