If you provide sensitve documents to mortgage loan consultant and they loose them, what bustle could i pilfer?
I recently applied for a mortgage loan but when the consultant gave me rear legs my w2 forms two of them were missing, if i become a victim of ego theft, what legal whereabouts can I take against mortgage officer? Perhaps There's a book that might show me steps to take?

Losing your documents be careless (they are probably in someone elses file) but just about criminal. If someone from a mortgage company wanted to steal your identity, they already know your Social Security number, birth date, bank depiction numbers, etc. As a mortgage broker, we had to be licensed, hold a bond, prove a certain network worth, and run complete background checks on our employees, as they did hold access to such information.
