My ex husband is the single one on the mortgage loan and im on the work,the house is going to foreclosure.?

will that go on my credit too?in mississippi they influence when your married when purchasing the home it effects both of you.is this true?he had the money and job,i couldnt be on the loan,glad i didnt certainly.please help me.

Being on the deed doesn't affect you contained by this situation. As long as he is the only one listed on the mortgage and you divorced prior to the house going into foreclosure, Federal Law prohibits a creditor from including you contained by the bureau notices as you aren't a party to your ex-husband's finances anymore.

However, have said that, my suggestion would be to monitor your credit reports in the weeks after foreclosure. Mistakes can happen, and it's better to fix a mistake similar to a foreclosure that you weren't a party to, prior to applying for a loan, rather than going through a denial see and having to fix it at a later date until that time reapplying for that loan you wanted.
