There are a few places that can refinance for you, I dont know your credit situation, if you are far within debt, file bankruptcy.. it will put a hold on anyone taking the property from you, you can do CH 13 and do a grant plan, or if you are really far in dbet Ch7 and do a reaffirment agreement kind of close to a fresh start.
